I see that some people are less than happy with Will and ABQ Stoneworx, I can only report my dealings with them. I have used Will and stoneworx at two of my houses over the years. Both times the experience was great! Perfect work was done on two very big jobs. Will kept us informed throughout. I called today to let him know that our cabinet had shifted, making the counter uneven. He showed up same day and corrected it. GREAT SERVICE!!!

prompt about scheduling my job quickly. Fabricator was great. His installation was very fast. .. but That’s where it ends though. Will Never returned to fix the damages he caused in my kitchen(I actually have that in his writing) . Messed up drywall in particular. Told me that “it wasn’t his responsibility” but put it in writing that he would be back out to have it repaired. Surprise! He Never came back. When my husband called and text, he never returned calls.. nothing. By the way , Ive Never heard of a policy like that. I always thought when A contractor comes into your home and leaves damage they fix it. Not according to the owner. What was a $3100 job turned into a $4000 job Because he slipped a $800 extra charge in there at the end. Did give me the 862.00 to fix my cabinets th

Extremely disappointed with ABQ Stoneworx. The countertops cracked just two weeks after installation, and I am still missing a sink grill ordered four months ago. To make matters worse, the owner, Will, is aggressively demanding a payment that has already been settled. Overpriced and unprofessional.

Brought stone with cracked edges. Scraped side of new fridge and oven and claimed it’s the homeowners responsibility to wrap and protect appliances for his workers. Refused to pay to repair 6” gash in new stainless steel fridge or 3” crack in new stove. Both still had labels on them and were delivered the day prior. The stone brought was cracked in two places and was told it would be “hidden with caulk”. The cutout was in the wrong spot (for already existing sink- sink was there when measurements were taken) and was told that we’d have to pay for them to recut it. Worst experience ever.
