Great service, great communication. I had a 15 year old Baldwin lock with key no longer engaging. Ken and Cooper came out and in 15 minutes they diagnosed the problem (broken cam in my hand in pic), found Baldwin cam in their van, and fixed the problem- also gave the lock a thorough look over/lube. Fair price too ($220). I highly recommend.

We opened a new business in Silverdale and had an issue with our door. I called Ken and he was able to come out on very short notice and was extremely helpful. Awesome service and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

We have a solid wood front door with the most complicated security locking mechanism. The locking mechanism was so complicated and sticky that we just stopped locking our door after the first week we owned the home. We are selling the home and it was clear that if the first impression of entering a house is a terrible door, it was going to be a problem. They spent a significant amount of time adjusting every part of the door including the lock, the door hinges, and the inset mechanism to make it function smoothly. While one guy was doing this the other person was in the van creating a bunch of new keys because our keys were worn.
