I cannot say enough good things about Indigo Septic and its owner Jay. I had had a terrible experience using another company as a maintenance provider, there was nothing about the service that was easy and I dreaded dealing with them annually. Jay tells me when he’s going to be here ahead of time, shows up, files the report, sends an electronic bill, done. When I’ve had questions or issues (for example a contractor driving onto the septic field) he responds same day and shows up right away. AND he has a solid network of equally reliable providers he refers. A+ business, I wish everyone made it this easy.

Indigo Design was thorough with their work and communication. Very trustworthy company. I will continue doing business with them. Highly recommended!!!!!

I have worked with several septic companies in the area. These guys are by far the best in the field. They are quick to respond, professional, and actually know how to maintain and repair complex (Oscar) systems correctly. They have my business and I would highly recommend their team to anyone looking for a septic company. I wish I would have found them years ago it would have saved me a lot of time, money and frustration.

Having just moved to Western Washington and being completely new to septic, I had a LOT of questions. Jay was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and making sure I understood. We scheduled the inspection and Tony was out in about a week. Tony was very helpful in walking me through the inspection and explaining everything. He made sure I understood how my system functioned and what to beware of in the future. In the end, all was well and it was a great experience for someone who knows absolutely nothing about septic other than it can get expensive fast if not maintained. I've used Indigo for 19 years for septic general inspection and maintenance and they are amazing! We had an issue this afternoon with our Septic, called and a REAL person answered and they sent out a crew within hours. They then walked us through recommendations for next steps and have been outstanding. A+++ knowledge and service.
