My elderly mother hired Robert and his crew to move her. I can say they were very polite but they do not pack or move things with respect. They broke more stuff then the cost of the job. They broke priceless lamps, chairs, antiques, flat screen tv and more. They just threw things in boxes and wrapped 50% of my mothers items. They left a full truck load of my mothers house and the new owners held $2500 in escrow until it was cleaned out 100%. They did go back for another load but left half the stuff and my mother lost her $2500. We have pictures to prove the things were not broken and Robert claimed they were broke when he got there, NO THEY WEREN'T. Robert and team did a seemingly impossible job moving a large used hot tub onto our property for us. Robert was responsive and the prices were very reasonable. We needed it done on short notice and they arrived on time and finished the job quickly (despite the complexity of the job!). The team was very professional and courteous.
