I contacted several general contractors before selecting Rios Remodeling LLC, based on the recommendation of a coworker. I hired Rios Remodeling to do a wide range of work, including restoration of a window that had been removed, whole home painting, general electrical work including installation of recessed lighting, and drywall installation, among other tasks.. The work was of outstanding quality and the employees were friendly and very conscientious about floor protection, etc. The owner was easily reachable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Rios remodeling for any general contracting needs, and I also highly recommend the associated cleaning service.

I've worked with Ricky on three separate projects now and every time he is able to get a team there promptly and the quality of the work is phenomenal. We've had Ricky put in decks at two of our rental properties and replace some original ~1940s doors. Each of these projects had complexities to them and Ricky was wonderfully helpful laying out suggestions to provide a high quality solution without over-designing.
