Mack just serviced the plumbing in my kitchen. I was bracing myself for a large fix and bill but he tried little steps to remedy the problem. They worked. He also took the time to educate me on how to prevent the issue from happening again. JA Smith & Co. was referred to me by a former client who found the company through another client. Please spread the word of this awesome small and local business! It is really hard to find honest service, and I am so happy to have found this company to use in the future. I simply do not have enough good things to say about this company! We are new homeowners to a house with a lot of things we don't understand and issues we didn't expect. JA Smith has been INCREDIBLE in not only helping us through our plumbing issues, but taking the time to explain things we aren't sure about. Sharon is lovely to speak to and always helpful. Greg spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining how a boiler worked! And Rich has saved us twice now - we have only lived there 3 weeks! Cannot recommend JA Smith enough!

Had these folks out here take care of three or so plumbing issues. They were highly recommended by trusted friend and business partner. They came out at the time they said they would, Rick and Mike were as pleasant as could be. Very polite, told me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it and why they were doing it. Repaired everything that they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

I am a on-site manager for a property manager company. I never leave Google reviews but for this amazing company I had to. Yesterday we had what we thought to be an emergency situation with our main water line at one of the properties. I called around and nobody could really help or said it was "to big of a job" for them to do. I called J.A Smith and they were AMAZING. Hands down one of the best companies I have ever experienced. From the phenomenal customer service to how fast they were able to come out and get us answers all while being completely honest and trustworthy. I will forever use and recommended J.A Smith from now on!!

We had a hot water heater replacement issue at our hair salon and when I called to ask questions and get a quote, they were incredibly helpful and efficient. Their pricing was accurate and incredibly reasonable for their services. When they came out, they were pleasant, professional and easy to deal with, so much so that when we bought a new house with major plumbing issues, they were who we called. Mack was on time, focused, and able to walk us through what, how and why on every issue as well as suggest other fixes that would prevent longterm issues. They have been incredibly reasonable in pricing and very easy to work with. They definitely have us as customers!
