I've dealt with vendors and sales people in the past and some were better than others; but this had got to be the worst sales person I have ever dealt with. Right from the gecko, I could tell the sales guy, CJ, didn't want to be there (which, I mean, if he doesn't want my money that's his loss). I told him that we wanted to completely redo our bathroom (minus the toilet) and that we were open to looking at any tile or products Absolute Construction had to offer. My exact words were "We want everything redone, top to bottom, except the toilet". I actually had to mention this several times as he didn't seem to get it. CJ then proceeded to demean me the entire time for not knowing what I wanted; which was not true. As I mentioned to him before, I had some stuff in mind, but I wanted his input
