We had Joe come to our home and spend hours walking through a detailed remodeling project. We followed up with a full supply list and multiple emails, but over the course of several months, we received little to no meaningful response. If he didn’t want the job or didn’t have the time, a simple “no” would’ve been the professional thing to do. Instead, we were strung along with vague replies and long periods of silence, which wasted our time and delayed our plans. Clear communication and basic respect go a long way in any business relationship. I wouldn’t recommend working with someone who can’t provide either.
Can’t say enough of the thorough professional job these guys did for us. A lot of HGTV and some lofty dreaming introduced us to this company. I absolutely love the service and installation of our new sink and quartz countertops! BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL......Thanks so much!!
