Two nights ago, my wife and I heard a gurgling in our sink, went down to the basement, and saw water gushing out of our sewer line. This being the first time, we were horrified. Dan was highly recommended to us by our local plumber. He came right out the next day and spent several hours at the house diagnosing and locating the problem: tree roots in our sewer line. He took the time to show us video and pictures of the problem and fixed it completely. I found Dan to be an honest, extremely hard-working dude who is also incredibly nice. Dan is a magician and came to our rescue while others were unable (or too lazy?) to fix our clog issue. Dan was recommended to us by our plumber as The guy who doesn’t give up. Indeed!
