I purchased a 2023 BMW 3 Series with about 10k miles and had a great overall experience. Alex was excellent throughout the entire process very helpful and professional. There was a minor issue where the tires were sold with low tread that BMW had noted but wasn’t relayed to me initially. However, the dealership handled it well and worked with me to get nearly half off, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with the car and the way the situation was resolved.

Just got this 2020 X7 M50i. Full Merino leather and all the BMW Driving, comfort, and executive packages. Peter at New York Auto Depot was extremely patient and worked with me thru the last month from looking to pickup today. Price was perfect, exterior and interior cleaned and detailed. Couldn’t be more happy with this dealership. No extra fees or add ons. Straight forward. I almost thought of getting another vehicle, so two at one time. Great selections of vehicles coming in and out. I didn’t know what to get. But overall this fits our family need's and perfect for local driving as well.
