Recently dealt with a HVAC communication problem between components in the attic and condenser unit outside on a late model system.This is or can be a customers' worst nightmare in solving.Jerry Threadgill is your is ace troubleshooting expert. Personally observed and was absolutely amazed in the expertise this gentleman has. This is my second utilization of a major company in 20 + years. They told us over and over that different things were wrong, charging each time they came out. Eventually telling us we needed a new system. We got a second opinion and were shown the things they did wrong. The new company was able to fix it immediately. We have been told we would get some of our money back because they wanted to make it right but they haven't kept their word.
