The owner, Barry, is very condescending to customers, especially not the “right kind” of people. $$$. We felt very disrespected and he blatantly refused to acknowledge that he sold a defective dryer, blaming us, the customer, although it has been used propperly and delicately. We have had several problems with it, and were even charged when it had to be repaired. The dryer has stopped working three times over the last two years, and each time it has happened, we have been met with such condescension and pomposity from the owner via phone. Don't buy from them unless you are very wealthy/ willing to be looked down upon!

Wow! I needed a washer in the worst way. Called Ott furniture, asked if they had a used washer. He said he got 1 in last week. I got it the next day for a really great price, delivered and installed by 2 wonderful gentleman. They even helped me move a piece of furniture. I had prayed for a washer I could afford and the help I needed and Ott's was the answer He sent me. Thank you Barry Ott, and the gentlemen who helped me.

Very friendly. Fair pricing and flexible. Really seems concerned about customer first. Delivery was very professional and delivery men were very courteous as well. I will continue to make the 30 minute drive for my furniture needs!
