My interaction with the owner, while brief, was still wildly refreshing. He/she was extremely courteous, professional, and seemed genuinely grateful for my assistance. A shining example of someone who knows social niceties, respect, and kindness still matter. If this is how they treat their employees and customers, I believe they will be around for some time to come. I wish them the best and know they will do well.

Jason from Absolute insulation came to give me a quote for insulating my attic. He didn’t bring a tall enough ladder and on his way back down he fell through completely and broke a big chunk of my drywall off where I was left with hot/humid air seeping through into my upstairs for a week until I could have it repaired. He refused to fix it properly or “pay” someone else to come and fix it since he was unable. He even said “well I would have to pay someone to do that and I’m not going to.” I would stay far away from using this company. Very unethical.
