Attempting to create a false narrative will only cause your brand more damage. Take responsibility for the poor service. The owner of your company said he was in over his head and can't find quality workers - Let's be honest. We wouldn't need to threaten legal action if you did your job! You claim to have made 4 trips to open my pool. Here is my pool on May 17. I'd welcome you to come take a swim in it. Now we're acting on it. We hired absolutely pool care April 2021 for 16 week summer maintenance and have been less than impressed. The first 3 weeks of service the pool was poorly cared for. The photos attached were taken the same day the pool was so-called cleaned by the company (no rain/storm had occurred this day) . We also sent our Polaris in for repair and when we were notified the particular part could not be repaired we requested our Polaris be returned. 3 weeks later our Polaris still has not been returned to us . Despite multiple messages left to speak with the owner Tim we still have not received a call back in regards to this matter nor do we have our Polaris returned.

Absolute Pool did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with their service. After buying a house that had an old damaged liner pool, we had a hard time finding a company that could actually repair the pool and do it within a budget. A number of places said the work was too much, or recommended building a whole new pool. Absolute Pool worked with us step by step to get the pool in beautiful, working condition. It hadn’t been used in 5-10 yrs so we were worried we’d be limited in what could be done, but they went above and beyond to get it in best possible condition. Thank you!!

I literally tried seven different companies for re-lining, apron replacement, pump replacement, opening/closing, and various other services over the years.
