Our 30+ year old well recently stopped working. I called Robbins water service and they sent somebody right out. Unfortunately our old well was too far gone, where we could not even pull the submersible well pump out because of all the iron buildup. Now not having running water for a few days, and facing a large investment can create some anxiety and stress on a family. However, the team at Robbins water service were able to pull emergency permits and install a new well within a few days. Throughout the entire process my family felt as though the entire team at Robbins truly cared about getting our family taking care of. It was the very end of the day, but they were very responsive and John and Dalton came out first thing the next morning to check the situation out. I was lucky enough that they could take care of my issue that same day. They were very professional and explained things thoroughly. Robbins just completed the installation of our new well. They were quick and efficient under the harshest of winter conditions, and spot on with everything from inspections, notifications, permitting, scheduling, drilling, hookup, and decommissioning of the old well. Beyond Impressed. I called these guys last minute since my prior company came out to service my well, and told me its "exceeded its life expectancy" and tried to sell me a new unit, and refused to service it.
