Had set an appointment a week ago and they never showed up as scheduled. When I called the young lady who answered the phone tried to tell me they were running behind and tried to tell me it could be an hour or more before anyone might be able to respond. When I complained about that she then began mocking me and made sarcastic remarks.

We are grateful for outstanding service! Problem was diagnosed, bided, and job completed by two professional and efficient gentlemen. Hot water is now immediate and pressure increased. Final cost were fair and at initial bid.

Based on the experience i have had, I can highly recommend them. We had a hot water slab leak. They came out at night, and helped us out. Came back repaired problems... and informed us of issues with the tankless water heater being installed improperly, and told us hot and cold lines were backwards. We just purchased this house, and have had these issues. They were very compassionate to our circumstances, and helped put me at ease. I was beside myself. Amy was super sweet. Cliff was very understanding. Professional and kind services.

The technician was great. He cleared my line is less than 15 minutes as when I had another company to come out they were hours late ,stayed for several hours an half did the job had to call another company ( Absolute ) the work was done correctly and they didn't have me waiting for them to arrive. They said 1:00 pm and they arrived at my door at exactly 1:00 pm and began working immediately on the drainage problem. plus the technician was friendly and kept me informed as to what he was doing. We had the hot water line leaking under the house and going into our concrete. They were able rework the hot water line without having to bust up the concrete. They were so nice and kept the work area clean. They even wanted to vacuum afterwards but there really wasn't anything to vacuum up. The price was also reasonable and less than expected.
