*10.31.25 Update* We had our roof replaced in April and were initially very happy with the work and service - I even left a glowing review. However, we've since had a lien placed on our home because Absolute Roof and Home Solutions failed to pay their material supplier. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope they resolve this soon but home owners should be aware of potential financial complications. Shane was exceptionally helpful throughout this process! Absolutely amazing results and customer service! Shane came out to look at our roof and explain to us the process, then came back with samples for us to choose and to help in make a wise decision in which was most beneficial to us! He did all of the scheduling and preparing with our insurance company and the workers too, we didn’t have to lift a finger! Then the workers came ready to work nice and early in the morning, and they got done in under 8 hours. I left my house with my old dingy roof on it and came home to a beautiful black roof that adds so much character to my home! I’m really happy with the results and with how smooth this process was!
