They offer a great service. As part of my Condo building’s quarterly service, while they are servicing the building, individual units could request service at owner’s cost. Scheduling an appointment was seamless. The technician was early from my appointment time. He was very professional and told me what was included in the service. I’m happy with the treatment and hope that it keeps the pests away. I’d recommend this company for pest control services.

The process for getting a tent fumigation by Absolute Termite and Pest Control was great. From the initial scheduling through the final clearing Absolute did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status. On the day of tenting the crew showed up exactly on time. Special acknowledgement to Fabian who handled the details and customer interface on the day of tenting; very professional.

Forgot about us for a whole year. Resumed service and then tried to double our frequency. When we tried to cancel they charged us a cancellation fee of $268 (they had my card on file) even though we weren't under the initial first year contract (which I don't remember signing bc it was a few years ago but I'm open to reviewing if it exists). Refused to talk about it when I called and placed me on a forever hold that dropped. Did not send me the original contract when I requested it (couldn't find it in my records). Don't let them keep your cc on file... The workers who came out and sprayed did a good job but the admin office is clearly disorganized, possibly retributive.

Used Yelp to find Absolute Termite & Pest, after I found termite droppings on my kitchen floor. They were able to schedule an inspection quickly and fortunately the technician was able to treat the affected area immediately! Have been very satisfied with this company.
