I feel like my house basically wasn’t even cleaned, non of the walls were cleaned, showers were still dirty, behind the toilet wasn’t cleaned, medicine cabinet was missed, window sills not cleaned, my stainless steel appliances look horrible... It’s like they did a quick wipe down of a few things. I needed a PROFESSIONAL cleaning done per my lease for move out…. Yet it looks like a teenager cleaned the house. They didn’t use any kind of steam cleaner or industrial cleaner or anything. Literally stuff I could have bought at Walmart if I wasn’t forced by my lease to hire someone.

I started using them months ago after they did a Move Out cleaning for my old house in Pearl City and I found out they offer Move In cleanings as well so I took them up on it when I bought a house in Kapolei. The results blew me away. Their cleaners are always friendly and they always make sure I am satisfied with the cleaning before heading out. StarPro was awesome and I will definitely be using them again! I decided to hire someone to clean my place at the last minute. I sent a message on google and they contacted me immediately. They were very polite and professional, answering all my questions and thoroughly explaining the services they offer and the cost. I was able to schedule an appt for a standard cleaning for the next day which was really convenient and I also thought it was very reasonably priced. Natt is the guy who cleaned my place and he did an amazing job! He was very friendly, detailed, and went above and beyond in my opinion. The cleaner showed up early and did an excellent job. All the wooden floors looked polished and new. The rug was vacuumed, everything wiped down, and the lanai never looked cleaner. Very positive experience.

Great service and results! I received two cleaners for a move out clean, and both performed amazing. Gabi was super detailed and made the refrigerator and oven look brand new, and Wendy was super quick and efficient.
