Absolutely Clean

I requested a one time deep clean of my living and kitchen areas only- I had had some remodeling done and there was dust/residue almost everywhere in those rooms. The cleaning itself was mostly satisfactory, although my kitchen sink which I left empty to make easier to clean was never even touched. Not quite sure how they would miss that as it clearly needed cleaning. I was disappointed that I got only a one hour notice that my 8 o’clock appointment which I was going to be at had to be pushed back by two hours at a time when I could not be home to clarify for the Cleaners what I wanted done. I was then informed after the cleaning that one of the workers accidentally broke a family heirloom. I paid two employees for a deep clean, a service which I did not receive. I gave a list of what I wanted clean, many items were missed. The cleaning was done before Thanksgiving and I needed to pick up my sister with disabilities who I provide 24/7 care for. What I could see was clean, but I wish that I checked everything on the list. The bottom but not the top of ceiling fans were cleaned, some, not all of the door and window frames were cleaned. I asked for the doors to be washed, and they were not. The photo is only of 1 of many cleaning cloths I used to go over their work. Both girls assured me they had the list of things to do on their phones. I trusted them. I even gave them gratuity. I feel so violated. When they had a list that they worked from, and didn't, it is flat out dishones

The Cleaners from Absolutely Clean do a fantastic job and are extremely quick while maintaining high quality. They are very friendly and great working around my dogs. I trust them and greatly appreciate them.

I was a customer from 2013 to 2016. I only stopped being a customer because I moved out of state. I still think about the quality of the services and how great Julie Morris was to work with. I look these guys up every couple of years just in case they expanded to my current state of residence. 100% would recommend if you live in CR. 100% wish they could expand.

I have been using Absolutely Clean since about 2008, through three different houses, and have always been 100% happy with the great service I get from my teams. I appreciate that they are a local company, use green products and support local charities and schools, and mostly that they value their crews and strive to pay fair wages and provide benefits. I am glad to pay a little more for these things. The management staff is always proactive about rescheduling when my clean-day falls on a holiday, and is responsive and flexible when I need to make a scheduling adjustment. I very enthusiastically recommend Absolutely Clean.
