Precision Garage Door replaced my entire garage door system (garage door, tracks, opener, keypad, etc) and did an outstanding job. It was a breath of fresh air to find a company so willing to satisfy the customer. From the tech doing the estimate to the installers, they were professional and top notch and wanted to make me satisfied, rare nowadays. They even came back to help me link my garage door opener to my smartphone, which ended up being a security setting with my smartphone. That was really going the extra mile. Based on this experience, I will not hesitate recommending them to family and friends and would hire them again. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

I came home after work to a broken garage door and was so relieved to find Precision Garage Door Services! They’re open late for scheduling and had me booked for the very next day. The owner, Mike, personally took care of me and the whole experience was fantastic. Their communication is top notch – they even text you a picture of the technician along with some fun facts before arrival. I really appreciated that they gave me a clear quote before starting any work, so there were no surprises. Oh, and my garage door is fixed and better than ever! Professional, friendly, and reliable – I can’t say enough great things about this company. Highly recommend!!

I took to the internet, first provider to pop up was Precision Door. High reviews, easy to schedule online, the service guy that showed up was very professional. Explained everything he was going to do, let me know there were 3 options he was going to quote, spring replacement, cable replacement and rollers. The spring only quote was $945.00, add the other parts, close to $1600.00. I passed and told him I was going to get another quote. I was aware when I signed up there was an $89.00 dispatch fee. I had to pay if I declined service. I paid without reservation. I called another provider, WD Garage Doors by George. Service guy showed up, told be it would be about $300.00 to replace both springs. AJ was sent a text letting us know when to expect him. Right on time, with a friendly handshake and smile. He evaluated the situation of the overhead door and then proceeded to explain what needed to be fixed and other issues that were needing to be addressed. We accepted the repairs of all he expressed concerns with. I work for the local school and he gave us a 10%discount. All of this by the way took place on a Sunday. He did the work quick and effectively and let us know that it was under warranty for seven years. I will be referring him and the company to friends and family. Thank you so much. Normally I don't write reviews unless I am totally impressed or very much disappointed. With Precision, I was very pleased. They responded quickly on Sunday regarding my questions, had scheduled for Monday morning, tech called 15 minutes before arrival, performed inspection even though I knew the spring was broken. Provided details on what he saw during the inspection, sent quotes over via email for my review, and was able to approve everything while there and performed the necessary repairs. The quote(s) came in to what I was expecting and didn't try to upsell/pressure me on repairs that weren't needed right away. I would recommend them.
