I recommend Absolutely Cool to anyone needing routine maintenance or repairs for their HVAC system. They were available the same day as I called. Found the problem & worked to get our system up & running quickly. A part did need to be ordered so it was a couple of days before they could complete the repair but they were at our home finishing the repair as soon as the part arrived. Both Eric & Chris did great work & respected our property. I won’t hesitate to call Absolutely Cool again if we need service in the future.

All I can say is wow! Amazing service very professional company they were more than willing to work with me with financing and my schedule. The installation was fast and DJ my installer was very professional and shout out to Brenda she is a wonderful person.

My a/c went out and we called several companies in town, it was after 4pm, after being quoted $280 and told there's nothing till morning, we called Absolutely Cool, they had DJ out at my house within 15 minutes and diagnosed and repaired the issue in about 10 minutes and charged me less than $100. I will refer this company to anyone and will continue to use them in the future. Also, the lady who answered the call was very polite. Amazing customer service. Very satisfied!

As usual, Absolutely Cool did a great job on a service call. Prompt service and a knowledgeable technician named Eric performed an overall review of the system Highly recommend this company I would never use anyone else

Eric helped me understand why my mini split was not throwing heat. He also checked the system and re-wrapped the outside pipes as the insulation had deteriorated. I called at 8:30 am for service and Eric was at my home within a half hour. Great service and reasonable price. Been with Absolutely Cool for over a decade - still receiving great service.
