Absolutely Floored

We recommend Absolutely Floored for carpet purchase and installation. We used Absolutely Floored to replace carpet in our two bedroom condo in Keystone. Kim made a visit to our unit with samples, allowing us to easily see how the new carpet would look with our walls and trim. She was friendly and very helpful, explaining the differences between the carpet pile and prices in the options. The installers arrived a couple weeks later and were very professional. They moved furniture and installed the new carpet on schedule.

Over the years my husband and I have done many renovations on various properties. They have nearly all been disasters in regards to communication, expectations being met, and staying on schedule....not with Absolutely Floored!!!! Kim and her team are simply amazing! Kim was knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the perfect carpet and LVP, she was wonderful to work with. She and her team bent over backwards to stay on schedule and they were extremely professional! The flooring was not only beautiful, but most importantly, it was installed perfectly! Would use Absolutely Floored again and again!

I am so impressed with the quality of the work done from the guys at Absolutely Floored and with Kim, the owner. She is professional and returned all of my correspondence very quickly. The work and speed with which they repaired our carpet was exceptional! (they did not install it, there was a wrinkle we had lived with for 2 years) I had called other flooring businesses here but never had a response. I highly recomend them- we are longtime locals and appreciate a good experience when we see one!

Absolutely Floored is top notch. Kim Lorange was indispensable helping with every aspect from the flooring selection, ordering the product and scheduling the install. We live in VA and the project was in CO. The installers were efficient, on time, and took extreme care with our furniture as they removed carpet and installed LVP with skill and expertise. I highly recommend them.

Kim and her team at Absolutely Floored were amazing! She was patient with all of our questions, provided us with information on different product lines, price points, and recommendation on what has been popular lately. She provided us with the right amount of support and confirmation and always felt like the decisions were ours to make. The install was right on time and completed right within the timeframe they estimated. Crews cleaned up thoroughly and left the place ready for us to take over for more renovations. This was our first time putting flooring into a home and she helped us through the entire process. Would highly recommend.
