Plumbing Systems Inc (PSI)

John was our plumber. We had a bad leak. We were gone for 2 weeks. Our maid left a window cracked open that we did not notice when we did our run-through prior to leaving: doors locked, windows closed, alarm set, cameras checked. Weather went sub-zero, high winds. Enough got through the window crack to freeze the faucet, breaking internals. Then, it thawed enough. Water flowed. My security camera caught the weird bump from across the room. It had been my random checking that revealed the floor-warp. I drove back and found water trickling down the undersink back wall. So lucky it was only that and not full water pressure-flow. Turned off water flow, called PCI. They did not know the damage extent until they arrived. They assessed, got their supplues/parts and went to work. They c

John did a truly excellent job. He was here installing my water leak detector and it did involve a lot of labor to get it done properly. He was on time and I was able to watch him do the install. He was very meticulous about making sure everything was lined up correctly and level. Everything looked like it was professionally installed as it should look. He also made an extra effort to make sure the area was totally cleaned up when he left. I would highly recommend John for anybody who needs plumbing work done. It's hard to find someone who takes pride in their work and does a good job these days.

Casey and Tyler were superb! I had lots of notice prior to their arrival, they arrived first thing in the morning and solved our issue quickly and with high expertise. The price was more than reasonable for helping us (and they gave me a quote prior to the work). I highly recommend PSI and my thanks to Casey and Tyler.

Kristina was great! She explored all the possibilities of what caused my drain issue. She even let me view the snake camera! She alleviated all my fears. And she offered me suggestions for future optional work. It was far less expensive than i was predicting! I will definitely use PSI again. They were quicker to schedule than anyone else & provided great communication before the appointment. The hotel i used to work at always used PSI as their vendor of choice & now i see why!

Our plumber John was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. We had 3 issues at our house that we guided him to and he worked through each one with a solution. He was even able to identify some additional at risk areas for us during his visit. I would definitely recommend working with PSI as they were responsive and able to get our issue resolved quickly!
