Absolute great service!! The guys John , Shane and Ross were friendly and very knowledgeable! Arrived on time , got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. Made sure to answer any questions I had thoroughly. I would 100% recommend Abstens for your heating and cooling services!

I had a sudden plumbing issue that I was really worried about (not exactly an emergency, but an issue that could cause more problems if not resolved promptly). At the recommendation of a friend, I called Absten Services and explained the situation. They were polite and professional at every step. They were at my house within a few hours and had the problem fixed within another two hours. It's so hard to find a competent and reliable contractor. I'd definitely use this company again.

I left a message with the office at 9am following loss of power in half of our home. My call was promptly returned and they had Shane out to my house within the hour. He was able to quickly identify the issue, picked up the necesarry parts, replaced the main breaker, and had us back up and running with full electricity before noon. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. My parents always used Absten for HVAC needs, and it is great to know they are still as reliable now as they were when I was growing up.

I have been using Absten for 10+ years for all my heating and cooling needs. It only seemed logical that they would be my best bet for electrical as well. From Pam in the office to Shane and his crew, I can't say enough good things about them! I have been extremely pleased with the work they've performed including upgrading my electrical box, installing a generator and most recently adding recessed lighting throughout my home.
