I contracted CORE a few years ago when I was renovating a family home that set vacant for many years. The crawlspace was damp with mildew. CORE installed a drainage system within the crawlspace that also included a sump pump. They completely encapsulated the crawlspace and also installed a dehumidifier. They cleaned the floor joists and treated the joists to prevent mold and mildew. They worked diligently for several weeks. The end result was impressive. The crawlspace was like a habitable space. The cost was reasonable and the attention to detail was exceptional. The system has been in place for several years now. It was worked perfectly. The owner, Mark, comes by once a year to check on the system and provide any needed maintenance. His attention to customer satisfaction is impressive.

CORE Contracting Solutions recently completed a complicated repair of our greenhouse window which required the window to be disassembled then reassembled. This was accomplished during the worst weather this season: rain snow, ice and very cold temperatures. We were advised daily of what work was to be done and the job was completed timely. We are most impressed with the knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism of the team. We highly recommend CORE. We had our home’s crawl space encapsulated, joist shims replaced, footer drain replaced, and sump pump installed by CORE. We were very pleased with the complete process start to finish. Core was very professional when inspecting and quoting the job. During the job we received daily updates and the job site was clean at the end of each day. Core was also very good with handing any issues that came up during the job.
