Shady business practice going on here. They signed us up for a service plan on a 3 year old unit fully covered for parts a labor for 10 Years. Just asked for a preventative maintenance after repeatedly telling them that we didn’t need or want one. they failed miserably ant the preventive maintenance well. Didn’t even bother to change the anc filter or clean the coils. Overcharged our card and now ghosted us. Took full advantage of a DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN and said we have no recourse. I’ve ci taxes the dept of Elder Affairs as well as the attorney General’s office for the state of Florida. Disgusting behavior on their part and they should be ashamed of themselves!

I had A/C Advantage come out for an estimate to add a mini split into the garage last year, the estimator was super nice and gave me a lot of information on what I was trying to accomplish. We had them do the work and it was exceptional, the technicians were friendly and pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves and organized my garage the way it was before they started. Now, we use them for maintenance, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. They are honest, fair and professional.

So impressed with A/C Advantage! 1st time customer, and was recommended to them by a long-time family friend. And, I can see why. Chris, Ken, and everyone I talked with at A/C Advantage was knowledgable, professional, and friendly. After just the first service call I fired my previous air conditioner company and will be calling on A/C Advantage for all my home residential needs. Awesome company!

I have worked with several AC companies in the past, but AC Advantage really is a step above. They not only service my AC units, but they offered an Amazing package on one of our new units. I would recommend AC Advantage to all my family, friends and clients. Cassandra in the office is great, and Ken (the Service Expert) always goes the extra mile whenever he services our units. My York System was installed by another company that is no longer a York dealer.A/C Advantage stepped up to the plate to take care of my warranty issue. The tech Ken was incredible as was the young man he was training.....He can learn alot from this guy...from work ethics,work quality and dealing with customers...these 2 are the dream team.....The office crew were just as helpful thank you Jenny......save yourselves headaches folks these people are the real deal.Thanks Ken Paton
