If I could give AC Advice 1,000 stars, I would. Our technician was Cory and when I tell you he went above and beyond and back again, that is exactly what he did! He was sent out by our warranty department (SHW), and quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC Unit. He had all the tools and parts to fix the issue that same day, and he was ready to get the job done. Unfortunately, the warranty department made false statements about his diagnoses and denied my claim so they would not have to cover the repair. I reached out to Cory several times via 3-way call and text message to remedy the situation and he made himself available each and every time. We were set up with AC Advice of SC through our home warranty company a few years back. When our home warranty denied our claim, AC Advice went above and beyond to work with us, as well as our AC manufacturer and local distributor to get warranteed parts so that we only had to pay for labor. Corey kept us updated throughout the process and got us scheduled immediately after receiving all of the warranteed parts. I never feel like Corey is trying to make an extra buck off of us and I completely trust him after all he has done for us. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Corey/AC Advice. I myself have been using him and recommending him ever since.

Cory was SO helpful and answered probably a hundred questions so thoroughly. I feel confident that he did everything he could to inspect our unit and get it replaced through the insurance company. I’m so grateful to have had such a great experience.

Our technician was Cory. Was quick and efficient. More over, a wealth of advice to avoid future issues and expenses. Recommended maintenance options and discussed system upgrades but without trying to upsell or encourage unneeded work. Have had technicians from several different companies come out for servicing and repair work, but I’d absolutely recommend A/C Advice.
