Sears Appliance Repair

I called yesterday (10/22). Service was scheduled through an automated system. Someone was supposed to come by between 1 and 5 pm today (10/23). As I am typing the review, it is now 5:29 pm. No one has come, and no one has called to reschedule. I was told the cost would be $129 for a diagnostic test/call. No problem. I hope that no one else needs an appliance repaired near Lugoff, SC. If so, please try another company. I am so disappointed 😞 Yes, I read the reviews- the good and bad ones. But, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

Eric was very helpful and worked until he could figure out the missing/washed off numbers of the serial number on my 2010 Maytag washer. I thanked him for his diligence and perseverance in finding the information.

After setting a repair schedule, parts were ordered and installation date set. Parts never arrived. Appointment was canceled, parts reordered and mailed new appointment set. Install began, wrong parts ordered but still installed nothing was reported. Learned after I reviewed the work when I got home. Job closed. Additionally trim board was not installed and appears that screws are missing

David is a fantastic service technician. This is the second time I have had to use him and as always on time very courteous and very knowledgeable of the issues I have with various electrical devices. I highly recommend David for any of your household electrical appliances and equipment. Thank you David.
