Top notch service. AC went out after hours, called them in a tech was out and under an hour and was able to replace a capacitor and thaw out the compressor in under an hour. Rates were fair, Service was excellent.

I have used AC Care Heat and Air for over 16 years. It is rare to find an honest company that won't sell you something you do not need. Adam and his team are that company. As a retail manager I have used dozens of contractors over the years until they came out to give an estimate one day. I was told by my company to collect three estimates. The first said I needed a compressor, the second said we needed the whole unit replaced. AC Care came out and put a new belt on the unit and serviced it. After having few other companies to diagnose our unit and spent over $200 for Service calls and they could not fix the problem. I was referred to AC Care Heat and Air the guy at AC care was able to trouble shoot and fix the problem without having to change the compressor as were told. I would highly recommend this company.

Has done yearly maintenance on my heat pump for years-always at a good price, complete and keeps it running efficiently. Replaced my unit 10 or more years ago when it needed it. Has come out in an emergency at 7am(I know I got him out of bed). It's nice having a person you can depend on and not a new person every time that doesn't know your equipment. Would definitely recommend Add Elbania to do your service.
