My experience with AC Doctor was top notch. Every single person I interacted with had a pleasant disposition! Owner, Landon Carlson, was attentive and prompt with providing options. Office staff, Brandi and Angie, kept me up to date with appointment reminders. Mike Smith kept me informed of the day to day operations. The entire crew was friendly and professional. This was a three day job to remove and replace a package Gas/AC unit, thermostat, registers, and crawl space duct system. Each day the job site was left clean. I am impressed by their high standard of workmanship!

Jackson Algoe and his team provided outstanding service. They showed up right on time and more importantly they showed up ready to go to work. I had several requirements that needed to be accomplished. Instead of both of them working a single job, they divided and conquered. They completed both jobs completely and professionally.

Landon is a good guy. I know him through my brother, Lawson Trawick (Law Roofing LLC). Landon and Lawson collaborate together annually to raise funds for a trade scholarship in our community via golf tournament sponsorships etc. The scholarship supports younger adults/kids in our community who are interested in getting in to the trade business. With that being said, when I need a contractor or someone to work/service things on my home I don't just call anyone or the billboard advertisements that I see around town. I want to know that whoever is coming in to my home has integrity, professionalism and experienced quality work. Landon always takes the time to answer my questions, give insight in to things he recommends and why he recommends them and provides white glove A/C service. Landon
