AC Electric Heating & Air

After the service rendered, I had to request an invoice. I requested them to come back because the hot water heater was not working .They refused to come back even after I paid the first invoice. I called another electrician who said the hot water heater appeared to have been purposely disconnected. I will never use this company again.

I can not stand these people. They are cheats. We had been having problems with our ac and heat so we called them. This thing with them dragged on way longer then it should have. They claimed they fixed it and left but they did not. They replaced something they claimed was the problem but it was not. We were still having problems with it but they did not believe us and would not come back so they could find out what was really wrong. We had been back and forth with these people for like a year. We had to get things to go in our windows just so we could get air! These people just keep costing us money. They charged 1300 for a job where they accomplished nothing that helped. They did not solve anything and were extremely rude when asked to actually fix it. That is your job to do! Dont be ang

KH was amazing! He did not stop until he verified that I had heat. He discovered that the motor was bad, but replacing the motor did not fix the problem. He checked everything, to include the thermostat and found that it was not wired properly. He fixed it and now I have heat. I received exceptional service.

Don't call AC Electric Charged me 1300 dollars. Didn't fix and would not come back. Had to call Dependable. Cost me more money but at least they knew what they were doing. Finally got it fixed.

When I called this company they sent someone right away. The worker was very nice and professional .So I would recommend whoever in need for heat n air repairs give them a call.My repairman name was Karl he was God sent.Thank you A.C. Electric n thank you Karl
