I know Erico the Owner for a very long time but never had a chance to work with him before. When our old AC quit, he gave us the best price and replaced the whole AC system within hours. I purchased my Ac in 2016. Ac expert has been doing all my services and now that it is almost 10 years old they are refusing service and I was told they are doing commercial only. If you are thinking of purchasing a new unit think again before committing to a company that does not stand by their product.

I love these guys. Eric and his team at AC Experts are truly reliable, honest and knowledgeable. I found them through a Google Search on a Saturday and they were able to take time out of their day to swing by and look at our AC. I’ve depended on them over the last two years whenever we have questions about an issue or need them to come look at something with our AC unit. I also love the way they do business, they are very responsive via text/call and tech savvy which makes it easy to keep track of conversations, invoices and receipts. He will keep images and invoices in your file so you can see exactly what was worked on and when. You guys truly are amazing and I’ve recommended you to our entire neighborhood and beyond. We have used Eric & Rafael at our waterfront home for many years. We have recently done a major re-modeling & replaced all our AC units. Eric is extremely knowledgeable about what it's correct for your home & will not 'up sell' you. He is concerned that the product is correct for your space & budget. He has replaced all 3 units in our home & continues to service them. They are trustworthy & very fair. We would totally recommend them.
