I recently had AC First out for an annual checkup and system inspection, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. John was responsive, professional, and truly fair in his approach — he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and set clear expectations for what to watch for going forward. It's rare to find a technician who combines technical knowledge with genuine customer care the way John does. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. Highly recommend AC First!

Outstanding Service – Honest and Reliable! I can't say enough good things about A C First! Another AC company had come out the day before and told me my outdoor compressor unit was shot and needed to be completely replaced—an expensive and stressful diagnosis. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from A C First. Their technician arrived promptly, took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit, and quickly identified the real issue: a simple wire that needed repair. Within no time, the compressor was up and running again—no replacement necessary! A C First saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of unnecessary hassle. It's clear they value honesty, quality work, and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended to anyone looking for trustworthy HVAC service!

Contacted John to repair a leak in the HVAC unit he installed in 2022. He quoted me $500 which he called “forward pricing” which is total BS because he knows the system. Bottom line is he did the job in 30-35 minutes (I have time stamps on camera) and charged me $484.13. Parts total was $69. So they charged me over $500 per hour for labor. After contacting John and disputing the exorbitant charge, he reduced it by $100. Too little too late, and he wouldn’t have done anything if I hadn’t called it out. Will never use your company again and will advise others as well.
