I recently had an issue with one of my AC units not working at all, and came across Brad’s page on Google. From the moment I called him, I was super impressed by his attentiveness and professionalism. He listened carefully to all my concerns and provided honest feedback about what he could and couldn’t do. Brad offered two solid recommendations for repairs, which I followed up on, and I’m happy to say my AC is now working perfectly! What stood out to me was his transparency regarding costs and his tips on how to maintain my AC system. His honest approach and valuable advice made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle, that level of service is hard to come by these days. Brad was the nicest guy, every other a.c. repair company that we called was rude, and Brad was more than willing to listen and be more than helpful. AC Handyman is a great find. I found their services 8 years ago and made it a point to keep them in my contact list. I had some absolute nightmares while trying to fix my A/C in the past using my home warranty company. This is when I decided I would only use A/C Handyman. PROS: Very honest. Very reasonable pricing. During record June heat, timing was great. Very skilled and knowledgeable in repairs. They come prepared with many diagnostic tools and Brad tries his best to fix same day (unlike my home warranty company, which was extremely unprepared and took over a week to fix, while temps registered 123 inside my condo--but I digress). Brad was great! My outside unit was making a weird noise that worried me. Brad came over and after a careful look through diagnosed my problem. He charged a very fair rate and was quick and professional the entire time. Very nice guy. I would definitely use him again for all of my a/c repairs.
