I had A/C Joe completely replace the flexible ductwork in my attic. From the time of my call for an estimate through completion every aspect of the job went without a hitch. AC Joe did a great job. I do not remember the ladies’s name on the phone, but She gave me a lot of good advice over the phone. She was very warm and friendly. They came out on a Sunday and had my AC repaired within an hour. Great job guys thanks

I called New Year’s Eve because our heater on a less than year old unit wasn’t working. We were having 40 degree weather which prompted me to call. Joe responded within minutes and offered to send someone out. I declined since it was a Holiday and he gave his guys off. Sent a tech, Orlando, and replaced the heater on Friday. No charge as it is still under warranty. I appreciate the fast response and I’m back to good. Thank you. Maureen Scott

My Tech sent me a message telling me he was on his way. He arrived earlier than appointment time by a few minutes. He did all his work professionally. I was pleased. I have been using A/C Joe for about 14 years and I’m very happy with them!

I called for maintenance and got same-day service. The technician was clean and on tim. . The truck was clean and organized and they did a great job. He brought a couple things to my attention and explained them to me showed me on with the meter that one of the capacitor needed to be replaced I appreciate the honesty.
