From a guy who owns 140 rentals properties and who's had interaction and experience with thousands of trade companies: A/C was a top 3. Jacob showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He worked diligently and had the heat back on in half an hour. He explained what he did. He spoke highly of the owner (Robert), and asked if I had any questions. I've never bought a warranty service before but the program Jacob offered and explained was thorough and priced fairly so I signed up! Look not further than A/C Medic.

Jacob absolutely nailed it with my 25 year-old HVAC system that busted a wire. He got it put back together long enough for us to get a whole new system and the guys did an awesome job installing that as well! Thanks for keeping us warm all winter long on both an old and new HVAC!

I cannot speak highly enough of A/C Medic. Their communications and office staff are amazing, keeping the customer informed throughout the scheduling and work event process. Jacob performed top-notch service from the beginning of a routine maintenance call to the completion of the installation of a new high-efficiency heat pump and all new duct work. Once Jacob discovered that my old gas furnace was throwing off unsafe levels of carbon monoxide and would need to be shut off, he then worked diligently to help me figure out the best option for a new system. Then Joey and his crew went above and beyond to get my new system installed before the Thanksgiving holiday and the arrival of very cold weather. AC Medic offered very competitive pricing and helped me get no-interest financing. And

AC Medic is amazing! Rob and his crew are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, reasonable. These guys put in a 4 ton and 2 ton system in my 4,100 square foot house. Ask about an ERV system. It’s worth the extra money! No complaints. Thank you Rob and AC Medic
