It's the heat of the summer season here in Levy County and my AC needed some servicing. I had not worked with A/C Medix in the past & a friend referred them to me. They were nothing short of spectacular. Friendly and responsive, right from the very beginning until the job was completed. I operate an Airbnb, so I had some tight schedules. Steve & Stefan understood, stayed in touch and completed the job in time for some arriving guests. Awesome! I'm now on the schedule for regular service. I recommend them to anyone else in our area who needs friendly professional service!

What a wonderful company! The gentleman who answered the phone very polite and down to earth. I shared with him that my air conditioner had went out yesterday evening and though I can handle the heat, but my dog cannot. Being a dog owner himself, he knew how dire my situation was and was out to my house and fix my AC shortly after that day. Not only did he have the part that he needed to fix it with him, but my AC has never blown colder. Not to mention, he was very reasonable. I recommend this company to anybody with any air conditioning problem whether big or small. They are a true pleasure to do business with.

Had no idea why I was melting in the Florida heat. I called around and came across A/C Medix. Thank god!! So super polite on the phone. Came right out and noticed a small leak and had me patched up in under an hour! This is my first place and was so worried I'd have to replace a unit, but he truly helped in my time of need! Gladly recommended to everyone!
