A&C Performance Build

I purchased a home built by Cesar Olivas in 2024. The home is 14 months. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. There are several issues with faulty construction that need to be addressed. Despite repeated attempts to contact him, calls, messages, emails, certified letters, he has not responded or made any effort to fix the problems. I cannot recommend this contractor based on his lack of accountability and poor follow-up service.

Cesar is the best contractor I ever have. He is very professional and friendly!
