Their ratings looked strong, but it took three calls across two days to get scheduled. I was told the diagnostic visit would be $89. The issue: the system was blowing 45–65°F air for 20–30 minutes each cycle, reaching only ~72°F at best, and the house stayed around 64–66°F during the coldest nights. I have had nothing but great experiences with AC Plus. Both for HVAC and Plumbing. Mark Woodard and Dylan did a fantastic job with my plumbing needs. My house had terrible pipes and they completely replumed my house. Replace my Water Heater, installed a Flo by Moen and will eventually install a circulation pump. Brian and his trainee, did an awesome job on my HVAC. They were courteous and worked efficiently. They installed a UV light, surge protector and cleaned my coils. I received options from both jobs and chose the work I was willing to have done. No high pressure.

We’ve had Brian come to our home twice once for routine maintenance and once for a service call on our AC units and both experiences were excellent. Brian is very professional kind and respectful.
