They are professional, and always keep me informed of when they will be arriving as well as explain what the problem is to the A/C units in terms I can understand. There are no words to express how wonderful this company and their employees are. I've used them over the last 11 years. I've moved business locations & had them out when my landlord's air conditioning technician wasn't fixing the issues. They have worked on my parents a/c. We've had electrical surges and each time they fit us in as soon as possible. They help veterans and beyond polite. I encourage everyone to call them.

Service was excellent. I called on a Friday afternoon and Thomas had a crew out within an hour and a half. Diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor. Could have had it fixed the next morning but we decided to replace the entire furnace. They were out Monday morning and were done by early afternoon and everything is working perfectly. Great service, excellent communication, and professional work. I would recommend them to any on needing A/C or heating service

We have worked with AC Plus for over 3 years, and they have always been easy to work with. Very professional and courteous. Thomas takes the time to explain what he is doing and how the AC works and allows me to ask questions which is helpful to understand. He is thorough and only fixes what is broken. Although my system is 16 years old, I have never been pressured to buy a new one especially when an easy fix was possible.
