AC Repair and Maintenance Lower Manhattan

I recently used this company for my AC Repair and Maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The technician was prompt, professional, and quickly identified and fixed the issue with my AC unit. The pricing was fair, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. AC Repair quoted me a $200 fee to come out and provide service for a leaking AC. I asked if it was a quick fix would there be other expenses and the person said no. Turns out that $200 did not include labor which brought the total bill to $380. The work involved no part replacements and involved 15 minutes of troubleshooting. The technician was great, did a fantastic job. I feel like I got duped.

I got in touch with this business to fix my AC unit. They charged $200 to come in-person, which already seemed like a lot for an air conditioning that cost about the same amount, but fine, it's New York prices and they had an entire 10-minute commute from their Mott St office. They told me they could only come by at 7 pm. They arrived at 8:40. When he finally took a look at my AC, he turned it on, stuck a screw driver through the bars, and spun the internal rotor to get it going. He said it was impossible to fix it beyond that, and instead I'd have to spin the rotor manually with a long stick whenever I wanted to run my AC. This whole process took about a minute. He billed me another $150 for that. I spent over double the price of a new air conditioning to have this guy come to my apart

Extremely fast and the most professional service! 10/10. My AC had a major leak, so I called ac repair and maintence, they came out and sent a technician right away. I had a leak with my ac unit and they fixed it the same day! John was super helpful.

What a great experience! This place quickly found and highlighted the problem with our ac unit. The guy working there was able to quickly fix it and get our ac back up and running within same day. He even left a spare fuse in case we needed it in the future. Highly recommend!!
