A loyal A&R customer of over 20 years just signed a maintenance contract with another AC company The change was initially due to over charging. But since our new AC company just vacuumed out the line and showed all the gunk from the pipe and knowing that A&R pumped the same line a week prior and I even commented he didn’t get much. And the new company found a wire installation error and it’s been running that way since a&e installed it. Wire fixed and should run more efficiently moving forward. So now we left due to overcharging and poor workmanship.
