these guys are great, can’t say enough about the quality of service I’ve received. They went out of the way to do some thing to help me, even though they had no obligation to do so. I can’t recommend them enough for their integrity, their skill in their friendliness.

They got to me in no time, I had locked my keys in my car and didn't realize until after work. Gave me the full price right as I called and they were very professional, One of the mangers came out to help me and he was very kind, good energy, service, and relations. I forget his name but he was able to give me a discount on the price they gave me. Thanks to the guy who helped me and thanks for helping this Oregonian out!

I needed a new dead bolt in my kitchen door and also a new brass door knob . Westin came right on time and fixed the problem for me. He is a fine young man who was friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing! I was totally happy with the service and assistance!

Dispatcher needs to work on her attitude over the $%^&^ phone. Get someone else that can handle the incoming calls or request, questions.. etc. Work on your customer service skills even if your having a bad day its your JOB! no need to project that towards possible customer.

i was stuck at the mall since i lost my keys while shopping. Mall security gave me their number. They were awesome! Price was right on and did not change when they arrived and tech was quick efficient and had me on my way. It sucked that i had to spend money on a key after spending money on shopping but they made it a painless process. Thank you academy!
