If you don't have a monthly pass, make sure you get a ticket. Don't trust those signs encouraging you to just scan your credit card on entry in lieu of taking a ticket. I work around the corner and ever since they put in the new system a few months ago I have been coming 3 days a week, scanning my debit card to enter, then scanning it again in my way out to pay. Suddenly, just after 5 on Monday evening, after scanning my debit card on mybway in just after 9am, before I even inserted my card, the screen popped up and said I'd been parked for nearly 45 days and my balance was over $1800.00. I didn't notice until I inserted the card to scan out. The charge was declined by my bank but im still stuck with a hold leaving me with no money in my checking account until the bank releases it. I loved this place until the last time I visited. I gave the guy my Venmo card to pay the ticket. He said it didn’t work. I gave him 3 other cards and he said none of them worked. He made me go walk all over Philly trying to find an ATM that was open at 7am. I finally came back and paid which made me late for work. Then the worse part is I looked at my count and the first card did in fact work! So now I’ve over paid and there’s not even a phone number I can call to get reimbursed! I’m willing to believe that the guy didn’t realize what he was doing, but it also feels like I was ripped off on purpose.

Self Park. That's critical as these staffed places do not respect your vehicles. There is always ample parking and I've been using this location for 20 Years now. I'll park here even if it's out of the way and expensive due the convenience and freedom of self Park. The location is very safe near restaurants and theaters.

Broken elevators. Multiple occasions
