Great experience with Acadiana Appliance. Brayton promptly returned my call and got me scheduled for my Thermador oven/stove repair. Brayton is very polite and professional. He was thorough in his evaluation and was able to fix the issue. I will definitely use Brayton for all future needs and highly recommend him to others.

Brayton provided outstanding support from start to finish. He arrived on time, was courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what went wrong and offered helpful advice to prevent future problems. Overall, very professional, excellent service and very customer-focused. To make a long story short, I had arranged with another company but with them we were out of a washer for about 2 weeks. I contacted Brayton and he had the parts and fixed my washer in 2 days. The parts from the other company arrived the afternoon Acadiana Appliance fixed our washer. A Whirlpool only 5 years old and it's running like a champ now. He was very professional, very pleasant to work with, and an obviously accomplished appliance repairman. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Acadiana area. His costs are very reasonable as well, which is lagniappe!

I was so stressed when my fridge stopped cooling right after a big grocery haul, but Brayton was able to squeeze us in the day I called!!
