Our Sr .Technical from Mitch Romero Appliance, Arthur, arrived at our home on time and got right to work. He took time to talk to us about our freezer issues, performed several checks and proceeded to communicate with the manufacturer. He was very patient and did his best to work with the manufacturer to request a management review of our situation to see if any help could be provide to us. Whether we get relief from the manufacturer or not, Arthur did a great job and I highly recommend Mitch Romero Appliance as your appliance repair company.

I have extra insurance or extended insurance. Should I save from Lowes wood appliances I bought from Lowe’s they were the repair people or should I say company that Lowes recommended it came out to my house and scheduled different days twice not a problem, but don’t keep rescheduling because of the company‘s fault then when coming out to my house left never said nothing about leaving paperwork as to what’s wrong. Told us drained out the washing machine and will call you when the part come in, I don’t know how long the port will take. It’s been two weeks. I don’t know what’s going on. I have yet to hear from this company not very professional wouldn’t recommend.

Stay away from this Company. Our family is having to use an Ice Chest for food preservation because of Mitch Romero Appliances. They were supposed to perform warranty work on Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator due to inability to maintain freezer temps. They ordered Compressor and fan for the Fridge, we waited 2 weeks with only refrigerator section working. They came Two weeks later and installed. Now both the Freezer and Refridgerator do not work. Then , they tell us it will be several days before they can return. We have lost at minimum $100 worth of food. This Fridge is 8 months old. Frigidaire , you need to Audit your Contract repair companies. This is not indicative of Even decent Customer service. Buyer Beware!!

I would highly recommend Mitch Romero’s Appliance and definitely call them again for any needs we may have. Kevin was our technician. He is very professional, courteous, and friendly.

Arthur came to diagnose a problem with my new Whirlpool Dryer. I had by mistake pushed a Terry Cloth head sweat band down with the lint screen without realizing. I knew I was short 1 headband, I had looked everywhere. He found the headband in just a few minutes and my problem was solved - Great, prompt service! Will definitely use this company again with no hesitation!
