Left job uncompleted with thousands of dollars of our money. Initially she seemed all good, but after paying 50% deposit she kept asking for more money for different reasons. Wanted full payment before job complete which we declined doing. Paid her all but $500 and she ghosted us once it was time for outdoor kitchen...Now coming out of pocket about $3000 with a new person to complete the work she left undone. DO NOT USE HER. She had good reviews in the past but shes scamming people now!!

This company is nothing but a scam. They cancelled on me twice at the very last minute and then tried to pressure me into paying through Zelle or CashApp — which is exactly how scammers operate since there’s no way to get your money back. If I had gone along with that, I’d be completely out of luck. Thankfully I used my credit card and was able to dispute the charges, but it was a huge headache. Their business practices are shady, unprofessional, and downright dishonest. Do not trust them with your time or money.

If I could leave a negative stat I would. THIS IS A SCAMMING company. Do not fall for Chantel Matthieu and this countertop service. I was scheduled for a install for quartz on 11/3/25 at 10 a.m... I’ve called all day and reached out numerous ways multiple days since then to Chantel Matthieu.. I have yet to receive a call or response from her or anyone on her team.. I’ve paid a deposit (half of the job, $1,750) and have not been updated yet on the reasoning. A no call, no show. Obviously someone removed her business page because of the realistic comments about this scamming company. DO NOT FALL for this.. it’s over a week later and she haven’t reached out yet. Terrible experience from start to finish. They showed up hours late without even a courtesy call, and when they finally arrived, the workers were completely unprepared. They didn’t bring the proper tools or materials, wasted half the day arguing about what they “could” and “couldn’t” do, and then left the job incomplete. When I tried to get answers, the communication was awful — texts ignored, calls unanswered, and when someone finally responded, they were rude and dismissive. On top of that, the prices kept changing, almost like they were making them up on the spot. This is not how a legitimate company should operate. I would never recommend them to anyone.

This company is unreliable. They promised to come out on a specific day, and I rearranged my entire schedule to be available. No one showed up. No phone call, no text, nothing. When I finally reached out, I got a half-hearted apology and a vague promise to “reschedule.” My time is valuable, and any business that can’t respect that doesn’t deserve customers.
