Do not trust Douglas L. Jackson or his company. He says he will pay decent money for a referral and also pay you if he gets the job. Now with that being said my friend referred him to a job to where Douglas told the insurance company the correct information to collect the check to never pay for the referral nor the promised amount for the job and on top of that he has treated the customer wrong and done horrible work

I cannot recommend this company. They did not complete promised service which was paid for up front. I was able to get a partial refund. The owner charged me for fans that were left at my property for 2 weeks….if you aren’t filing an insurance claim don’t bother with this company—

I called ACC about air duct cleaning on Monday and two young men showed up on Tuesday. These two young men were very professional and courteous while performing their tasks. They answered all of my questions regarding the air duct cleaning process. Plus, I could tell the difference in the air quality in my home immediately. I will recommend this company's services to all of my family and friends.

They have drivers that drive EXTREMELY reckless and have no care in the world, and neither does the owner. I am a diabetic and one of the drivers almost crashed into me that I had to hit my brakes and cause my groceries to fall into the floor along with my insulin shots and heavy stuff ended up falling on top of my insulin and busting all of it. I have pictures and video of the driver driving careless that I shared with the owner also. The driver cut traffic off almost t-bones me and NOTHING. The owner says he will reimburse me for my meds since my insurance won't pay twice for it, and insulin is expensive, and here we are 4 weeks later and NOTHING. He blames his customers cause he says they don't pay their bills when he does the work, so he doesn't have the money. The company car is clear

The ACC Restoration team arrived this morning. Glenn & Levi were great young men. They were professional, well-mannered, and did a great job. They explained everything they were doing as they completed the AC Duct cleaning. First-rate job, very competent, extremely pleased with the work they did.
