5 star on customer service. Ms. Jacky very nice and politely transfer me to Ms. Sharon. Ms. Sharon helped me twice. First, she sent me a quote and explained me briefly. Second time the following day, I called and asked questions. She helped me out and gave me tons of options. Very friendly staff. I scheduled an appointment with them and I will update my post for the result. Thank you ladies. Update: The appointment went well today. JC is friendly and i am amazed that he cover his shoes before coming in the house. This is important to me because I have a toddler in my house and some part of the house is carpeted! I appreciate Mac detailed email he sent me of all what he completed yesterday inspecting my house. He was a very thorough and did an awesome job. He let me know he was here that he was going to be going under my house and sent me a detailed list afterwards of everything that was completed. I feel secure with him and his company taking care of my home for any moisture or pest control.

Jason was great! He reached out before heading my way and when I needed to reschedule, he worked with me there too. Very polite and knowledgeable and let me know what to possibly expect after spraying the house. Highly recommend!

Let’s start by saying I do not like bugs at all if I see any kind of bug, I’m ready to pack up and move! Living in the Hampton Roads area, there always seems to be plenty of them. This is the second time Robert has serviced my home. The first treatment was last year, and I haven’t had any issues since I am extremely satisfied with Accel. Today’s visit was more preventative, and once again, the service was great. I highly recommend them!

Ernesto was very helpful. He explained everything to me and took me through the process step by step. He came prepared with booties and was mindful to not track anything into the house. He did an amazing job and I’d definitely recommend him and this company to friends, family, and colleagues!
